About your demo feedback

This is an independent InnerFoodie demonstration. Lobster Burger Bar is not enrolled, and these notes are not being delivered to its team.

What is collected

Your selected dishes, ratings, tags, comments, optional self-reported culinary context, table label, and submission time are stored in the hosted demo database. An email address is optional if you want a private edit link for another device. No phone number is requested. Please keep personal or sensitive information out of comments.

Who can see it

Feedback is held for two hours after submission. During that time it does not appear in the restaurant workspace, summaries, exports, or admin analytics. After the hold, authorized demo workspace users and the InnerFoodie administrator can see it. Other diners cannot. Infrastructure providers may process technical request logs. Participation does not subscribe you to marketing.

Your draft and private edit receipt

Your draft stays in this browser tab. Private edit receipts are saved in this browser when storage is available, so you can edit or delete feedback during the two-hour hold. You may optionally attach an email address and receive a sign-in link to open pending feedback from another device. The email is used for this access, not marketing. Editing and diner deletion close when the hold ends. The administrator can clear live demo submissions between demonstrations.

How it is used

Feedback demonstrates dish-level reporting and improvement tracking. The current summaries count ratings and tags; no external AI model is connected. Fictional samples are labelled separately. Feedback is not published as a restaurant review.

This demo is not open for an ongoing customer pilot. A retention schedule and a published support contact must be set before a pilot begins.
